Job Summary

This position functions as part of the front of house team. This position is responsible for knowing the details of our cocktail menu and providing our guests with a memorable experience.

Core Work Activities

• Welcome guests
• Attend to tables
• Open and serve wine/champagne
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
• Prepare garnishes
• Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports

Physical Activities and Requirements

• Frequently move and transport objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance and in excess of 40 pounds with assistance.
• Regularly repositions self to collect objects from floor and overhead level.
• Must stay in a stationary position and/or move for extended periods across an entire work shift.
• Constantly manipulates objects of varying size and weight.
• Frequently communicates and exchanges information with co-workers, including in environments with moderate noise levels.
• Sometimes requires carefully maneuvering in tight spaces such as kitchens, dining areas, and other food preparation areas.

Performs other duties as assigned and needed.
