Following is a leading influencer marketing company, and Inflink is its AI-powered sub-brand, designed to help creators launch personalized media kits, receive direct brand orders, and manage their monetization effortlessly. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Influencer Account Manager to outreach, onboard, manage, and retain influencers on Inflink.

Role Overview

As an Influencer Account Manager, you will be responsible for daily outreach to influencers, onboarding them onto Inflink, and managing influencer relationships to drive long-term engagement. This is a remote, target-based position where success is measured by the number of influencers onboarded and retained on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to influencers across Instagram, TikTok to onboard them onto Inflink.
• Clearly explain the platform’s benefits and handle any objections to drive conversions.
• Schedule and conduct meetings (if needed) to guide influencers through the onboarding process.
• Assist influencers in setting up and optimizing their Inflink profiles.
• Build strong relationships with onboarded influencers to ensure retention and platform engagement.
• Act as the main point of contact for influencers, addressing their questions and providing ongoing support.
• Track and report outreach, onboarding, and retention performance, continuously optimizing strategies.
• Provide valuable insights to the marketing & product team based on influencer feedback.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy / very active on Instagram
• Instagram account to show you are Influencer Account Manager in your bio as you will use your Instagram to reach influencers.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, sales, or account management (preferably in an influencer tech or SaaS platform).
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills with the ability to pitch a product effectively.
• Strong understanding of the influencer industry, creator economy, and social media monetization.
• Comfortable with target-driven work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English.
