Role Overview

Pulr is launching its Influencer Agency Program, designed for professionals and agencies who manage creators and digital talent. As a Creator Agent / Influencer Agency Partner, you will onboard creators from your network onto Pulr and support them in activating their profiles. In return, you will receive a revenue share based on the transactions generated by the creators you onboard. This role is ideal for individuals already active in the influencer, talent management, social media, or creator economy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Creator Acquisition

• Identify and recruit content creators, influencers, and digital personalities to join the Pulr platform.
• Leverage your existing network of creators, agencies, and social media talent.
• Introduce creators to Pulr's social commerce model and monetization opportunities.

Onboarding & Activation

• Guide creators through the Pulr onboarding process.
• Ensure creators complete their profiles and connect their social platforms.
• Support creators in understanding how to tag products and generate sales through their content.

Creator Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with onboarded creators.
• Encourage consistent content engagement and product discovery activity.
• Identify high-performing creators and support their growth on the platform.

Ecosystem Development

• Act as a Pulr ecosystem ambassador within the creator community.
• Identify opportunities to onboard creator collectives, agencies, or influencer groups.

Requirements

• Existing network of influencers or content creators.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media is a strong advantage.
