Independent Contractor Structure

• No salary, hourly employment, benefits, paid time off, equity, ownership interest, or profit-sharing is provided
• Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, equipment, editing software, production setup, internet access, workspace, and business expenses
• Contractors retain the ability to accept or decline campaign opportunities
• Campaign scope, compensation terms, posting requirements, deliverables, timelines, revisions, usage rights, and promotional expectations are determined individually for each assignment
• Participation in the AJ Cosmo Labs contractor network does not establish any partnership, joint venture, ownership interest, or guarantee of future work
