Influencer & Content Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Influencer & Content Partnerships Manager to join Clothivia — a high-end fashion brand rapidly expanding across the GCC.

This role is responsible for managing influencer partnerships, creating compelling content ideas, coordinating social media, and ensuring daily execution with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage influencer relationships
• Negotiate deals and collaborations with influencers & creators
• Daily follow-up with influencers to ensure content posting & deadlines
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns
• Generate creative content ideas for TikTok & IG Reels
• Coordinate with media agencies & PR partners
• Shoot, assist, or direct content production when needed
• Manage social media posting, engagement, and community response
• Track campaign performance & reporting
• Stay up-to-date with trends in luxury fashion & digital culture

Requirements

• Experience in influencer marketing or content/social media management
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Creative mindset with passion for content & fashion
• Ability to follow up, organize, and deliver under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with TikTok, IG, UGC influencers
• Strong English & Arabic (preferred)

Bonus if you have:

• GCC fashion or luxury brand experience
• Photography/video skills or creative direction experience
• Experience working with marketing agencies
