Creator Manager (Remote)

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Creator Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote role where you’ll play a key part in growing and managing our creator community.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing new creators, building strong relationships, and ensuring our existing creators feel supported, motivated, and set up for success. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media, enjoys working with people, and has a strong eye for what performs well online.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and reaching out to new creators who align with our brand
• Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with creators
• Managing day-to-day communication with creators and being their main point of contact
• Ensuring creators are posting consistently and meeting agreed deliverables
• Providing content guidance and support to help creators perform at their best
• Reviewing content and giving feedback where needed
• Managing creator contracts and ensuring all agreements are up to date
• Handling invoices and keeping payments organized and on schedule
• Tracking performance and flagging top performers or areas for improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or social media (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple creators at once and stay on top of deadlines
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable giving feedback and guiding creators when needed
