Influencer Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

As the Influencer Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in building and scaling high-performing creator communities for our brand partners.

You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and recruiting creators to produce affiliate and paid social content on a performance-driven basis. This role combines strategic list building, relationship management, and data-driven outreach to drive measurable revenue growth for our clients.

You will work closely with the broader marketing and account team to ensure creator recruitment aligns with brand positioning, performance benchmarks, and long-term partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and aggressively scale a high-volume pipeline of performance-driven TikTok affiliate creators through platform discovery tools, direct outreach, and proactive recruitment within Facebook creator groups, with full ownership of conversion and onboarding targets.

- Lead TikTok Shop affiliate operations, managing platform workflows, creator partnerships, commission structures, and GMV performance reporting.

- Recruit and onboard creators through targeted Facebook groups to expand the TikTok Shop affiliate network and drive campaign participation.

- Launch and optimize email outreach campaigns designed to drive creator applications

- Send personalized 1:1 DMs to priority creators

- Manage discord community and daily inbox communications

- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports

- Collaborate with account managers to support long-term client growth

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience recruiting creators for affiliate or performance-based campaigns
  • Demonstrated success hitting recruitment and onboarding targets
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance metrics
  • Experience managing email outreach campaigns and optimizing conversion rates
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook ecosystems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English

Compensation Structure

Base Salary

  • Competitive fixed monthly base salary.

Commission Structure

Commission is based on affiliate-generated GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) driven by recruited and managed creators.

  • Earn commission based on monthly GMV generated from your recruited TikTok affiliate creators.
  • Higher GMV performance unlocks higher commission tiers.
  • No cap on earnings —The top performers significantly outperform base salary.

Pay: From $100.00 per week
