Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Influencer Marketing Associate. As an Influencer
Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with
influencer marketing campaigns. This includes managing communication with
influencers, coordinating & executing brand campaigns.
Basic KRA's include:
Take the onus of conceptualizing and delivering successful influencer marketing
campaigns
Building relationships and on-boarding influencers and thought leaders.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain
relationships with influencers
Ability to analyze data and track campaign performance using analytics tools
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging campaign concepts
Maximize network and reach by being a part of the influencer universe i.e.
attending events, conferences, talks etc.
Do a thorough top to bottom analysis of target audience, the bigshots of the
influence industry and the trends that affect the final decision of users
Monitor new and emerging trends in the industry, media landscape.
Mandatories Required:
Strong understanding of metrics and quantitative analysis.
Working knowledge of influencer landscape across all social media platforms.
Ability to build relationships via social media platforms.
Must be able to work collaboratively across multiple departments and teams.
Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
2 to 3 years’ experience in the influencer marketing industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
