Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, shortlist, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage influencer relationships and act as the main point of contact for campaigns
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on creative and timelines
- Track campaign performance using tools/trackers and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with industry trends, influencer news, and emerging content formats
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative mindset and eye for content trends
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with influencer marketing tools/platforms is a plus
