Influencer Marketing Executive

As an Influencer Marketing Executive , you’ll be on the front lines of campaign execution - managing influencer communications, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
• Manage day-to-day influencer communications, including outreach, coordination, and follow-ups
• Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure campaigns stay on schedule
• Coordinate with creators, managers, and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and smooth execution
• Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and post-campaign summaries
• Support on-site activations, events, and meet & greets when required
• Maintain organized records of influencer contracts, content deliverables, and approvals
• Help identify potential issues early and escalate when needed
• Stay up to date with influencer trends, platform updates, and creator best practices

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience required)
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and creator workflows
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and fast-moving timelines
• Clear, professional communicator with creators and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Strong interest in AI and automation tools - curious, eager to experiment, and tech-savvy
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
