Job Description:
We are a fast-growing men’s grooming brand offering high-quality skincare, beard care, and haircare products. We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to support and scale our influencer marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize video content ideas and clearly brief influencers to communicate brand messaging effectively
- Coordinate with influencers and internal creative teams to plan, produce, and publish high-quality video content
- Ensure timely execution and release of influencer-led video campaigns as per campaign objectives
- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
- Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and video content formats
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with the brand’s identity, tone, and values
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers and creators
- Review and adapt influencer scripts to align with brand storytelling and current trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience in executing influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, platforms, and best practices
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure campaign success and recommend improvements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as creative, social media, and marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Media, or any related field
- Experience with Instagram Reels and YouTube influencer campaigns
- Basic understanding of influencer analytics and engagement metrics
- Interest in grooming, beauty, FMCG, or D2C brands
