Influencer Marketing Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM, social media, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support our growth across multiple platforms and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing:

• Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
• Assist in outreach, communication, and follow-ups with influencers
• Track influencer content, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Support in organizing influencer briefs, contracts, and campaign guidelines
• Help maintain and update the influencer database

CRM (Customer Relationship Management):

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns and newsletters
• Segment audiences and support in optimizing targeted communication
• Analyze CRM data to monitor engagement, open rates, and conversions
• Help maintain and clean the customer database
• Support integration between social campaigns and CRM tools

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media and digital trends.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and CRM tools (experience with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho is a plus).
• Familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and influencer marketing.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
