As we continue to scale our influencer marketing vertical, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Intern to support campaign execution, influencer research, and database management.

Role Description:

This internship is ideal for someone eager to explore the behind-the-scenes of influencer campaigns, from scouting creators to coordinating deliverables. You will support the team in identifying suitable influencers, organizing data, liaising with clients, and contributing to systems that streamline campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Research & Shortlisting

• Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) based on client briefs
• Analyze influencer performance metrics and audience alignment
• Maintain and update a database of potential and active creators

2. Campaign Coordination & Communication

• Assist in coordinating influencer schedules, shoot dates, and posting timelines
• Communicate with influencers to share briefs, clarify deliverables, and follow up
• Collaborate with internal team and clients to align on approvals and feedback

3. Database & System Management

• Organize andclean existing influencer data (Excel/Airtable/Notion etc.)
• Update collaboration status, platform details, rate types (paid/barter/hybrid), and campaign history
• Suggest improvements to internal processes or templates (onboarding forms, outreach messages, etc.)

4. Reporting Support

• Help collect post-campaign performance data (reach, engagement, link clicks, etc.)
• Support the team in preparing client-facing campaign reports

5. Proactive Process Building

• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation or documentation solutions
• Assist in building systems for influencer onboarding, communication, and reporting workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets; Airtable and Notion knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to learn tools, systems, and processes independently
