Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and scale influencer collaborations from our Noida office. This role requires hands-on coordination, strong negotiation skills, and performance-driven thinking.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end influencer campaign management — from sourcing creators to tracking ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Identification & Outreach

• Research and shortlist relevant nano, micro, and macro influencers
• Evaluate engagement rate, audience demographics, and authenticity
• Initiate outreach via Instagram DM, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain influencer database and pipeline

2. Campaign Execution

• Plan monthly influencer calendar aligned with brand launches
• Negotiate deliverables (Reels, Posts, Stories) and pricing
• Coordinate product dispatch with operations team
• Ensure content quality and timely posting

3. Performance Monitoring

• Track engagement, reach, saves, CTR, and conversions
• Manage discount codes and affiliate tracking
• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
• Optimize influencer selection based on ROI

4. Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators
• Convert top influencers into brand ambassadors
• Manage barter and paid collaborations efficiently

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram influencer ecosystem
• Knowledge of engagement rate calculation
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Experience
