However, Nectar also develops websites for its clients and manages their paid social and search along with their email marketing. In addition to marketing and services, Nectar has its own analytics platform, iDerive, which it uses to manage its clients’ businesses and sells as a stand-alone platform.

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to own the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns for our consumer product brand clients. You will lead influencer discovery, outreach, negotiation, seeding, content securing, and internal coordination to drive authentic engagement, brand awareness, and measurable sales lift. You will work closely with the paid social and creative teams to amplify campaigns and deliver clear ROI. This full-time, fully remote role requires strong relationship-building skills, platform expertise, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including discovery, outreach, negotiation, seeding, and campaign execution for consumer product brands.
  • Identify and vet nano, micro, mid-tier, and macro-influencers whose audiences align with client target demographics and brand values.
  • Manage outreach, relationship building, and contract negotiations to secure high-performing partnerships.
  • Coordinate product seeding, content briefs, and creative direction while ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and performance goals.
  • Secure, review, and approve influencer-generated content (UGC, videos, stories, posts) and facilitate timely posting across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Handle internal payment processing, invoicing, and reconciliation in coordination with the finance and account management teams.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics, iDerive, and Google Analytics to measure ROI, engagement, and sales impact.
  • Partner closely with the paid social team to integrate influencer content into Meta and TikTok ad campaigns for maximum amplification.
  • Conduct regular influencer audits and contribute to new-business proposals with strategic recommendations and projected results.
  • Oversee and manage virtual assistants or junior team members on outreach and content tracking tasks.

Primary Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns for consumer product or e-commerce brands.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling influencer programs that drive measurable sales (Amazon, Shopify, or DTC).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to secure favorable rates and deliverables from influencers.
  • Experience with influencer platforms and tools (Aspire, Grin, CreatorIQ, IMAI, or similar) and deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
  • Proficient in campaign analytics, reporting, and forecasting performance with Google Analytics and platform-native insights.
  • Understanding of how influencer content integrates with paid social and email marketing for greater overall impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in client-facing or cross-functional roles.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fully remote environment.
  • Agency experience preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
