Influencer Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Norcross / Atlanta, GA — On-site or Hybrid
Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 per year (DOE)
945 Industries is a fast-growing U.S. manufacturer of concealed-carry bags, holsters, and EDC accessories, based in Georgia. We design and produce our own gear in-house and work closely with firearms instructors, tactical channels, and EDC influencers across the U.S.
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to fully own and operate our influencer program — from researching creators and negotiating deals, to tracking performance and helping influencers produce high-converting content.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role — you won’t be managing a team, you’ll be managing the entire influencer direction.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Social Media Marketing
- Proven experience working directly with influencers on YouTube, Instagram, and/or TikTok
- Experience negotiating barter and paid partnerships
- Ability to manage multiple collaborations at once (pipeline management)
- Familiarity with tracking links, discount codes, and influencer analytics (CTR, ROI, cost-per-collaboration, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (comfortable with outreach + follow-ups)
- Content understanding: can guide influencers on hooks, angles, talking points, and what converts
- Strong organization skills — able to keep campaign calendars, agreements, budgets, and metrics in order
- Creative thinking + analytical mindset (can suggest ideas and measure performance)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in EDC, tactical gear, firearms, outdoor, or enthusiast niche marketing
- Knowledge of affiliate tools, UTM parameters, tracking platforms, or influencer CRM tools
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, ROAS, CPM, LTV influenced by CAC)
- Ability to provide light creative direction (hooks, scripts, B-roll suggestions)
- Experience supporting creators who don’t know how to script or film themselves
- Experience working with e-commerce brands (Shopify preferred)
Pay: $51,119.15 - $61,562.85 per year
