We are looking for a Influencer Marketing&Social Media Manager to work in NAOS Turkey Office located in Maslak, İstanbul


Qualifications


  • University degree in Marketing Communications, Advertising or related sciences
  • At least 2/4 years of experience in marketing with focus on social media, content management, influencer marketing
  • Has a good understanding of digital marketing tools and channels
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken, French would be an asset
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Team working skills
  • Creative thinking


Job Description


  • Represent all aspects of brand activation in social media including key campaigns and launches, calendars and processes, events and initiatives
  • Lead creative and powerful social media activation plans to win in all categories
  • Plan and drive seasonal brand activation calendar for social media and influencer planning according to marketing plan in line with the brand strategy
  • Ensure strong relationships and good direction with our social media and influencer marketing agencies
  • Lead the briefing of the agencies. Build responses to prospects’ briefs, identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new activity and be able to present these in a compelling way to senior stakeholders
  • Manage to set KPIs for each campaign for each influencer and for social media agencies. Reporting on performance in line with KPIs
  • Tracking campaign performance and analyzing metrics to understand the influencer retention/adoption and ROAS
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and analyze reports. Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to drive commercial opportunities
  • Analyze digital assets of competitors and dermocosmetic brands in order to ascertain best practices
  • Budget management
  • Improving influencer's engagement activities with analytical approach
  • Increasing influencer & seller interactions with engagement journeys
  • Assist in developing, briefing and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns
  • Collaborating with teams across other departments to improve the operating model
  • Implementing innovative product and business mechanics to grow the business and improve the ROI
  • Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and agency partners, overseeing delivery, content creation
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing regular reports on key performance metrics
  • Expertise in internet trends and pop culture to catch creative things. Stay informed about changes in social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
  • Work with cross functions to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution. - Work closely with the brand, creative, merchandising and product teams - devising effective campaigns and possibly generate insights for digital strategy
  • Responsible for the operational performance of influencers, and assisting their content performance on a daily basis
  • Day to day running of Bioderma social media platforms, creating and managing all published content (images, video and texts)
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and planning specific, timely social media marketing campaigns and prepare the social media calendars accordingly
  • Planning our sponsorship activities with social media and influencer marketing
  • Audience: Use our social listening tools to identify and build an understanding of our clients’/prospects’ target audiences and trends
  • Set clear objectives: Agree objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads or sales as a starting point
  • Supporting contents for marketplaces as well
  • Supporting medical teams in the context of medical contents
