Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing engagement strategies to boost loyalty and user-generated content
  • Managing communication by responding to comments, DMs, and feedback promptly
  • Collaborating with influencers, customer service, and brand teams for smooth interactions
  • Analyzing performance data and generating regular reports to optimize campaigns and show ROI
  • Leading influencer negotiations, contracts, gifting, and content acquisition
  • Organizing product testing sessions, collecting feedback, and turning insights into actions
  • Creating and managing discount codes, tracking sheets, and influencer documentation
  • Running a focus group for engagement, ideation, and campaign input
  • Exploring initiatives to scale content and enhance brand visibility
  • Maintaining SOPs, performance dashboards, and monthly overviews
  • Identifying branding opportunities and supporting growth on YouTube
