Key Responsibilities

• Scout and strategically pair the perfect influencers with brands based on audience demographics, engagement metrics, and brand alignment
• Develop comprehensive campaign briefs with clear deliverables, timelines, and creative direction
• Conduct thorough content reviews to ensure brand guideline compliance and maximum impact
• Build and nurture authentic relationships with influencers to foster a collaborative ecosystem
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights for clients and future optimization

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Riyadh's influencer landscape and cultural nuances
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Fluent bilingual communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving abilities
