Influencer Outreach Executive – Key Responsibilities
Identify & Source Influencers:Research and shortlist influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience, values, and campaign goals.
Relationship Management: Initiate outreach, onboard influencers, and build strong long-term professional relationships.
Negotiation & Commercials; Negotiate deliverables, timelines, compensation, and contractual terms effectively.
Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and deliverables.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI; prepare performance reports.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and creator economy insights.
Content Review & Approval: Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging before posting.
Feedback & Issue Resolution: Address influencer concerns, feedback, and campaign-related issues professionally.
Budget Management: Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization.
Compliance & Guidelines: Ensure adherence to advertising regulations, disclosures, and platform-specific policies.
