Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage influencer partnerships and oversee onboarding. You will be responsible for expanding our creator network, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining strong influencer relationships with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & Onboard Influencers:

– Discover relevant creators across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

– Evaluate their content and engagement.

– Reach out, pitch services, and onboard them seamlessly.

Influencer Pitching & Conversion:

– Present the services and USPs professionally.

– Guide influencers through the onboarding funnel and ensure timely conversions.

Creator Relationship Handling:

– Act as the first point of contact for onboarded creators.

– Address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure clear communication.

Internal Coordination:

– Work closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure influencer requirements are aligned.

Performance Tracking:

– Monitor influencer performance, brand alignment, and campaign suitability.

Requirements

– Strong communication and relationship-building skills

– Ability to manage multiple influencers and coordinate across teams

– Good understanding of influencer trends, content categories & collaboration formats

– Highly organized and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
