The Influencer & Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and executing talent strategies, managing top-tier talents and celebrities, and securing high-impact brand partnerships. The role involves overseeing talent campaigns, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships across PR agencies, talent managers, and brands.
Working closely with internal teams, the manager ensures talent visibility aligns with company goals, while also mentoring junior team members and driving business growth. A strong background in fashion, luxury, and entertainment is essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategies for talents, manage their events as well as consult them on their content & visuals.
Identify, recruit, and manage high-profile talent partnerships and manage top tier celebrities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with PR companies, talent agencies, managers, and key industry players.
Collaborate with the marketing & PR team to create campaigns and initiatives that showcase our talents in the most effective way possible, leveraging the power for talent partnerships.
Negotiate contracts and manage talent budgets, ensuring we are maximizing our investments and achieving ROI.
Develop and maintain a talent network, tracking their reach and engagement to identify the best partners for our brand.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our talent strategy is always innovative and effective.
Manage a junior team of talent managers, providing guidance , mentorship , and support as well as set KPIs and conduct evaluations for the team.
Identify relevant talents that will be effective partners for the company, develop relationships and sign new talents.
Partner with brands to close deals and partnerships with talents that ensure matches their overall strategy.
Acquire new clients and ensure steady business growth matching MP’s image.
Compile/oversee monthly status reports that include each talent's progress comparing each month’s performances.
Collaborate cross functionally with all involved teams to ensure they are aligned with upcoming activities.
Work closely with other departments and the company’s seniors towards meeting clients target and growth.
