We are now looking for an experienced Influencer Partnership Manager based in Dubai to help us grow relationships with creators, influencers, athletes, and brand partners across the UAE and GCC.

The Role

Your role will include:

• Building and managing relationships with influencers and creators
• Recruiting creators, ambassadors, athletes, and personalities onto LUUP
• Managing influencer onboarding and activation
• Helping creators launch and grow their LUUP storefronts
• Supporting brand campaigns and creator collaborations
• Coordinating influencer activations, events, and partnerships
• Managing communication via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and Zoom
• Identifying high-potential creators and talent opportunities
• Supporting campaign reporting and performance tracking

You will become one of the key faces of LUUP within the creator and influencer ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in influencer marketing or talent management
• Understands the UAE and GCC creator landscape
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is highly organised and proactive
• Is confident speaking with creators, agencies, athletes, and brands
• Understands social media culture and creator trends
• Can manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously
• Has experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator ecosystems

Bonus if you have:

• Existing influencer or agency relationships in Dubai
• Experience in fashion, beauty, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle
• Experience working with affiliate or ambassador programs
• Experience in events, activations, or community-building

Compensation

• Freelance / contract basis initially
• Flexible structure depending on experience
• Monthly retainer + performance incentives possible
• Opportunity to grow into a larger regional role as LUUP expands
