What You’ll Own

• End-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns
• Identifying and onboarding creators who genuinely align with brand goals
• Building strong, long-term relationships with influencers and partners
• Creating clear, strategic briefs that lead to high-quality content
• Managing timelines, deliverables, and campaign flow with minimal supervision
• Tracking performance and turning insights into better campaigns over time
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• You’ve managed campaigns before and understand what drives results
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with creators and partners
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and creator ecosystems
• Ability to balance creativity with data and performance
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  
  

Technical Requirements

• Personally owned PC or laptop capable of handling multiple tools and platforms
• Reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speed
