The Influencer Relations Specialist leads the execution of complex, multi-creator influencer marketing campaigns for nonprofit, advocacy, and other purpose-driven organizations. This role plays a critical part in helping clients advance their missions—driving awareness, mobilizing communities, engaging new audiences, and inspiring action around social good.
This position owns the full influencer campaign lifecycle, from mission-aligned creator sourcing and vetting through content development, campaign execution, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience partnering with influencers in the service of social impact, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and demonstrates strong judgment when balancing creativity, compliance, and mission integrity. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to spot emerging social and creator trends early—particularly those relevant to nonprofit and cause-based audiences.

Your Impact:

Help develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that support nonprofit fundraising, advocacy, awareness, and movement-building goals.

Partner closely with internal strategy, creative, legal, and finance teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with client missions, brand values, compliance standards, and operational requirements.
- Guide and collaborate with Influencer Relations Coordinator(s) to identify, vet, and recommend mission-aligned creators based on authenticity, audience relevance, brand-safety considerations, and values alignment.
- Manage day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across multiple purpose-driven client accounts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client communications are handled with care and precision.

Lead creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, contracting, and relationship management, with an emphasis on building long-term, trust-based relationships with influencers and talent partners who are genuinely invested in social impact.

Review and approve influencer content to ensure deliverables meet campaign objectives, reflect client mission and tone, comply with platform standards and FTC guidelines, and are published on schedule.

Monitor campaign performance in real time and identify opportunities to optimize messaging, posting cadence, or creator participation to maximize mission impact.

Analyze and synthesize influencer performance data into client-ready reports and presentations, translating results into clear insights, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.

Your Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience executing influencer campaigns for nonprofit, advocacy, social-impact, or purpose-driven brands, either at an agency or in-house.

Demonstrated experience working directly with creators on campaigns tied to fundraising, advocacy, education, or cause awareness is strongly preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including experience communicating with mission-driven clients and creator partners.

Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

Ability to consistently manage 3+ concurrent campaigns or projects.

Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment supporting multiple clients and missions.

Creative problem-solver with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.

Experience building client-facing decks using Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
