Opportunity: Infor CloudSuite Industrial Functional Finance Support Consultant

Location: This is US based remote role - ITAR compliant, US Citizen or GC holder required

The role involves providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the stability and performance of Infor CSI/Syteline environments for customers.

This involves resolving post-migration technical and non-technical inquiries as well as aiding with technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting of ERP solutions for customers. Act as a primary point of contact for customers you are assigned to support and provide advice and direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system defects
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of production environments
• Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions
• Assist with enhancements, upgrades, and patch management
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and bug fixes

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience: 3-5+ years with Infor SyteLine/CSI Finance, strong finance background, ideally in manufacturing.
• Technical: Deep knowledge of CSI Finance modules, SQL/reporting tools, and ERP best practices.
• Functional: Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cost Accounting, Job Costing, and Financial Reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Industry Focus: Experience with discrete manufacturing, custom manufacturing, and project-based accounting is often key.
• Working within an ITSM Ticket System tracking support time for service request, issue and problem resolutions
• Experience in A&D, manufacturing, industrial equipment industries
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field required.
