Opportunity - Infor CloudSuite Industrial Planning & Scheduling Support Consultant - this is an ITAR compliant US-based role, US Citizen or GC holder required

The role involves providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the stability and performance of Infor CSI environments for customers. This includes resolving post-migration technical and non-technical inquiries as well as aiding with technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting of ERP solutions for customers. Act as a primary point of contact for customers you are assigned to support and provide advice and direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system defects
  • Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of production environments
  • Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
  • Assist with enhancements, upgrades, and patch management
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and bug fixes

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant related to Infor CSI (Syteline) ERP implementation and support, specifically with planning and scheduling operations
  • A strong understanding of business domains and functional knowledge, particularly within manufacturing environments
  • Good knowledge of Infor CSI/Syteline Planning & Scheduling modules, configurations, and transaction processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Working within an ITSM Ticket System tracking support time for service request, issue and problem resolutions
  • Experience in A&D, manufacturing, industrial equipment industries
  • Bachelor's degree Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field required
