About the role:

We are looking to add new INFOR LN/Baan consultants to our team ERP Consulting Team.

This client-facing role will work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate these requirements into end products.

Job Description

• Collaborate with decision-makers and end users, gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality
• Analyze manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them with the ERP application
• Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements
• Support full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post implementation support.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation relative to ERP implementation and upgrades.
• Provide training, problem solving and facilitate the automation of business processes in collaboration with business users.
• Liaising between client and developers to help define custom programming needs.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, System Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related.
• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Infor LN ERP in a manufacturing, distribution, or planning environment, including full-cycle implementation and multisite deployment experience, strongly preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge in your area of expertise.
• Demonstrated experience with the creation of Functional Specifications, creation & execution of test cases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences
• Able to travel (domestic and international) to customer sites. Travel (up to 70%) is an integral part of this job.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
