Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a member of the PCG support organization, your focus is to provide post-migration support for Infor LN/Baan – Manufacturing & Planning. This is an ITAR compliant US-based role, US Citizen or GC holder required.

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Support Services Consultant with strong expertise in the LN Planning and Manufacturing modules. The role involves providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the stability and performance of Infor LN environments for customers.

This involves resolving post-migration technical and non-technical inquiries as well as aiding with technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting of ERP solutions for customers. Act as a primary point of contact for customers you are assigned to support and provide advice and direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system defects
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of production environments
• Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Configure and maintain:
  • Production orders
  • Work centers
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Routing and capacity planning
  • MRP/MPS planning
• Assist with enhancements, upgrades, and patch management
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and bug fixes

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with Infor LN ERP in application support/managed services environment
• 10+ years experience working within a supply chain or planning organization a plus
• Implementation of Infor LN experience is a plus
• Strong functional knowledge of:
  • Manufacturing (Shop Floor Control, Production Orders)
  • Planning (MRP, MPS, Demand Planning)
• Good understanding of:
  • Supply chain processes
  • Inventory management
• Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and interpret system behavior
• Familiarity with LN Tools, workflows, and data model
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Working within an ITSM Ticket System tracking support time for service request, issue and problem resolutions
• Experience in A&D, manufacturing, industrial equipment industries

Location:

• PCG support team members can reside anywhere in the US, this is a remote position with minimal travel to customer site when required – 5-10%
