Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Business Analyst with deep domain experience in Infor M3 ESMR (Equipment Service Management and Rental). The role requires working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to align system capabilities with business needs in the areas of equipment lifecycle, rental operations, and service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between business users and IT teams, focusing on M3 ESMR processes.

• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements related to:

  • Equipment lifecycle and asset management

  • Rental agreements and utilization tracking

  • Service order management and preventive maintenance

  • Warranty, claims, and customer service workflows

• Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and functional design documentation.

• Support configuration and implementation teams during project execution, including testing and validation.

• Develop detailed user stories, test cases, training materials, and process documentation.

• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during go-live and post-go-live phases.

• Help define KPIs and reporting needs; collaborate on building dashboards and reports.

• Participate in change management and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years focused on Infor M3 ESMR.

• Solid understanding of equipment rental, fleet management, service logistics, and customer support workflows.

• Experience in ERP implementations or rollouts, preferably in asset-intensive or rental-based industries.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Infor M3 CloudSuite Equipment, Infor OS, and ION workflows.

• Exposure to tools such as M3 Analytics, Power BI, or Infor Data Lake.

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

• Understanding of technical integrations and API interactions is a plus.
