Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 ESMR Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Equipment, Rental, and Service Management domains. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Infor M3’s ESMR suite to support business operations in asset-intensive and service-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional lead for Infor M3 ESMR (Equipment Service Management & Rental) module.

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system configurations and workflows.

• Configure and customize M3 for:

  • Equipment Lifecycle Management

  • Rental Contracts & Operations

  • Field Service Orders

  • Maintenance Schedules

  • Warranty & Claims Management

• Design and document end-to-end service and rental process flows within M3.

• Collaborate with technical teams for interfaces, reporting (M3 Analytics), and system integration (ION, FSM, BODs).

• Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.

• Provide post-go-live support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Infor M3 ERP with at least 2–3 years focused on ESMR.

• Solid understanding of rental lifecycle, equipment fleet management, depot repairs, and service logistics.

• Strong knowledge of M3 EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and Service Orders.

• Experience in full-cycle implementations and/or support of M3 ESMR projects.

• Ability to work with business teams across operations, rentals, field service, and maintenance.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Infor ION, Document Management, and M3 Analytics.

• Knowledge of related modules like Supply Chain, Finance, or Inventory is a plus.

• Experience working with global or multi-site deployments.
