Infor M3 Functional Consultant, Supply Chain & Quality Track

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with expertise in manufacturing operations and quality management to support a major ERP migration project. This role will focus on configuring and optimizing Infor M3 CloudSuite modules for Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Planning, and Quality (QMS), ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead manufacturing and quality workshops to capture current-state processes and define future-state workflows.
• Configure Infor M3 Manufacturing modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning (MRP), Inventory, Warehouse Management, and QMS.
• Develop and execute test plans; provide technical support to resolve system performance and functionality issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and manual workarounds; recommend improvements to streamline operations.
• Assist with Conference Room Pilot (CRP1/CRP2) testing cycles.
• Prepare Manufacturing Gap Analysis reports, test scripts, and data migration templates.
• Deliver classroom training for process owners, leads, and SMEs as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 8–12 years of experience with Infor M3 CloudSuite modules, including:
  • Demand Planning
  • Quality Management (QMS)
  • Supply Planning (MRP)
  • Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Finance and Costing
  • Manufacturing
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP integration.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into ERP configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing rollouts.
• Familiarity with Infor Implementation Accelerator (IA) templates.
• Exposure to MES/WMS integration and quality management best practices.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles.

Compensation range for position is $ 117,000 – 160,000 DOE.
