About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infor SunSystems Technical & Functional Consultant with 7–10+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor SunSystems for large or multi-entity organisations.

This is a hybrid role requiring both strong accounting acumen and deep technical expertise in SunSystems setup, architecture, and integrations.

You’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining SunSystems environments (On-Prem & Cloud), while advising on best practices, integrations, and optimisations for enterprise finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Infor SunSystems (v6.x / v7.x), including chart of accounts design, business rules, ledgers, and intercompany structures.
• Configure and maintain modules such as Ledger Accounting, Corporate Allocations, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Consolidations.
• Translate finance and accounting requirements into system configurations aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses, design workshops, and solution walkthroughs with finance and business stakeholders.
• Provide functional support for daily operations, period close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of SunSystems Connect, architecture (On-Prem vs Cloud), installation, and environment setup.
• Hands-on experience with Infor Q&A and SharperLight for report design, custom views, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Infor d/EPM integration, APIs, and data connectors for external systems.
• Perform migrations and upgrades (e.g., from v5/v6 to v7 Cloud).
• Design and implement interfaces and integrations with third-party systems such as SAP Concur, Treasury Management Systems (FIS Integrity, Kyriba, etc.), or ERP/BI tools.
• Support database administration and performance tuning on SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.

Consulting & Delivery

• Lead client workshops, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Data, Cloud, Integration).
• Define and maintain solution documentation, test scripts, and configuration logs.
• Assist in post-go-live support, enhancements, and user training.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base, reusable accelerators, and delivery playbooks for SunSystems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in Infor SunSystems implementation, configuration, and support.
• Strong accounting or finance background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred).
• Deep hands-on experience with:
• SunSystems Connect, setup & architecture (On-Prem and Cloud).
• Infor Q&A, SharperLight, and Infor d/EPM.
• SQL Server, stored procedures, ETL, and data migration.
• Integration projects with Concur, TMS, or ERP platforms.
• Prior exposure to Infor OS / ION, Infor Ming.le, or Infor CloudSuite Financials is advantageous.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-entity, multi-currency financial system implementations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills — able to bridge finance, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking, FinTech, or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines for SunSystems deployment.
• Exposure to ISO 27001 / SOC2 environments or compliance frameworks.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
