About Company

Delaplex is currently seeking a Solution Architect to join our Consulting Services team, specifically to the Infor WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Solution Architect provides leadership and direction to the on-site implementation team on the design and execution of the solution and definition of business process workflows that accompany the solution. This role aims to take ownership of a solution within an implementation project and architect for software solutions that solve the customers business problem, while generating maximum value for the customer.

Experience: 4- 8 years

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant with domain experience in Infor WMS.
• Expertise performance tuning and database administration.
• Strong understanding of technical platforms, infrastructure, and database structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and estimate project timelines.
• Design reusable components and promote reusability using microservices-style architecture in SaaS environments.
• Provide guidance during implementation of product performance, support, and maintenance; deliver technical support including design review, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.
• Contribute to practice growth by developing practice aids and best-practice collateral; conduct technical analysis sessions to translate functional and technical requirements into tailored solutions.
• Enable and deliver knowledge transfer to teams on best practices and emerging technologies.
