Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Referral Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client referrals, ensuring effective communication between clients and service providers, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in an office environment. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as we value diverse communication abilities. Must be at least 21yrs of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to facilitate client referrals and provide information about services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the referral process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and referrals using computerized systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
• Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the development of referral processes and improve operational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in a client services or office environment is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record management.
• Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in outbound calling is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week
