Information Security / Cybersecurity Specialist

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Specialist to protect the organization’s systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring threats, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls and protocols
• Monitor systems for security breaches and investigate incidents
• Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure network security through firewalls, encryption, and monitoring tools
• Maintain and update security tools and technologies
• Develop and enforce security policies and best practices
• Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks
• Provide guidance and training on security awareness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of information security principles and controls
• Experience in threat analysis and risk mitigation
• Understanding of network security and protocols
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, or Security+ are a plus
• Experience Level: Mid-Level
