Information System Security Manager (ISSM)

Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Information System Security Manager (ISSM) with at least 3 years of experience to work as a ISSM for a classified on-site environment in addition to supporting accreditation packages for deployed systems.

Duties Include:

• Create eMASS authorization packages
• Create, update, and follow policies and procedures for information security
• Perform auditing and continuous monitoring activities in a classified environment
• Prepare accreditation packages including hardware/software baseline, system boundary diagrams, and continuous monitoring plans for deployed systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in STEM degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in cyber security. Candidate must have demonstrated experience in the following

• Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in a classified NIST 800-53 Risk Management Framework (RMF) environment
• Experience creating and updating eMASS authorization packages and continuous monitoring results
• Performing auditing and continuous monitoring functions
• Collecting artifacts for security authorizations and reviews

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with some or all of the following:

• Additional years of experience is a plus
• NIST 800-171/ Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance
• NIST 800-53 RMF experience in deployed program environment

Requires ability to:

• Current Secret Clearance
• Excellent record keeping and organizational skills
• Work well in a small, mission-driven environment with co-workers and management
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

This position is expected to be performed only in the state of Alabama.
