POSITION PURPOSE:
The Information Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise computer systems and network infrastructure. The role ensures optimal performance of technology systems, provides strategic input on IT architecture, and supports organizational objectives through systems analysis, automation, and technical project leadership

Primary Job Duties:- Analyze Smith users and Smith resident's requirements to design and implement computer systems and network solutions needs.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Lead or participate in planning and executing enterprise-level IT initiatives, including system migrations, integrations, and cybersecurity improvements.
- Provide insight on system architecture, hardware/software standards, and emerging technologies.
- Document systems specifications, configurations, and testing protocols in accordance with best practices.
- Serve as a technical resource for complex issues that cannot be resolved staff.
- Monitor and evaluate new technology solutions to recommend enhancements or replacements that improve reliability and security.
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise systems, ensuring consistent uptime and compliance with security standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT capabilities with business needs.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- 2+ years’ experience in systems analysis, network administration, or enterprise-level IT engineering.
- Proven experience designing and implementing IT systems or software solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to work independently on complex projects.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently with sound attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, travel as required between locations, and be on-call for IT coverage out of normal business hours.
