Job Summary
Information Management Officers provide operational IT support and knowledge management services supporting classroom environments, simulation networks, and administrative systems at Fort Sill
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT technical support across workstations, servers, and network infrastructure
- Support enterprise systems, thin clients, and virtualized environments
- Manage information systems documentation and knowledge management tools
- Assist in troubleshooting NIPRNet and other authorized network services
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Provide end-user support for training and operational IT systems
- Support IT equipment lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years IT support experience
- Familiarity with Windows enterprise systems, networking, and system administration
- CompTIA Security+
- Network+
- Microsoft certifications
