IT Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Specialist to support our POS systems and daily technical needs. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT experience, POS software knowledge, and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot POS hardware/software.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, and network devices.
• Handle system updates, backups, and basic IT tasks.
• Create reports and analyze data using Excel.
• Provide tech support to staff (remote and onsite).

Requirements

• 2+ years IT support experience
• Experience with POS systems
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
