What Does the Information Technology Group Manager Do at Farplas?

• Design, lead, and monitor Farplas’s digital transformation roadmap in alignment with the company’s strategy, growth objectives, and operational priorities,
• Evaluate next-generation solutions in artificial intelligence, data analytics, automation, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity to create sustainable competitive advantage,
• Define and ensure the implementation of IT architecture, software development, DevOps, data security, and cybersecurity standards across Farplas,
• Lead IT teams with a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement; support leadership, mentoring, and talent development,
• Manage the IT budget effectively, strengthening cost optimization, investment prioritization, and efficiency focus,
• Establish and manage cybersecurity, business continuity, and data privacy policies; proactively identify and mitigate risks,
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors, consultants, and business partners,
• Define IT governance, policies, and standards across Farplas; ensure compliance and sustainability,
• Work in close collaboration with Operations, Quality, R&D, Human Resources, Finance, Sales & Business Development, and ÜrGE departments to implement technology solutions that improve business processes,
• Enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and customer satisfaction through digital transformation initiatives.

What Are the Requirements for a Information Technology Group Manager at Farplas?

• Preferably a graduate of Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or Management Information Systems,
• At least 15 years of total experience in software-, manufacturing technology-, or enterprise systems–focused organizations,
• Strong technical expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructures, enterprise applications, and system integrations,
• Extensive experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, and change management,
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial organizations is a strong asset,
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities,
• Experience in budget management, investment planning, and financial acumen,
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a strong business partnership mindset,
• Ability to make strategic, clear, and decisive decisions in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments,
• Fluent in English.
