IT Specialist / IT Support Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional to support and maintain our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience resolving hardware and software issues, delivering reliable technical support, and collaborating with external vendors to implement new technologies while optimizing existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations
• Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues
• Monitor and manage data security, network access, and backup systems to ensure integrity and compliance
• Liaise with third-party software providers for system implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience through continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues
• Strong understanding of current technology trends and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
