JD:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience supporting IT or software development projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
• Pivot tables
• Advanced formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, IF statements)
• Charts and dashboards
• Data validation and reporting automation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint:
• Executive presentations
• Data visualization
• Slide design and storytelling
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
