As an IT Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact technology projects within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for defining scope, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, with a primary focus on

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Delivery:
Direct project development through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

Payments & Compliance:
Lead electronic and mobile banking payment projects while ensuring full alignment with Central Bank regulations and internal audit guidelines.

Stakeholder Management:
Act as the bridge between IT and Business Units, leading SteerCo meetings and managing vendor relationships.

Risk & Budget:
Proactively mitigate risks and manage project dependencies to ensure deliverables remain within the approved financial baseline.

Team Leadership:
Build and develop high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements

Experience:
Minimum 8 years as an IT Project Manager

Sector Expertise:
Strong background in
Banking/Financial Services
is required, with mandatory experience in
Payments
.

Methodology:
Proven track record in delivering both
Agile and Waterfall
projects.

Certifications:
PMP or Prince2 certification is
essential

Education:
IT Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio; knowledge of Clarity PPM is an advantage.
