ITSM Consultant – BMC Helix (Dubai- Onsite)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract (12 months) + option to extend (NO VISA SPONSORSHIP)

We’ve partnered with a leading enterprise client looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant with strong hands-on BMC Helix expertise to join a major transformation programme in Dubai.

This is a contract role with immediate start preferred and strong extension potential.

What you’ll be doing

• Configuring and optimising BMC Helix ITSM environments
• Working across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and CMDB modules
• Designing workflows, SLAs and service catalogue processes
• Supporting Digital Workplace and Smart IT administration
• Driving workflow automation and AI-assisted service management initiatives
• Managing CMDB modelling, service mapping and data quality
• Integrating REST APIs, SSO, LDAP/Active Directory and monitoring tools
• Supporting knowledge management and self-service optimisation

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of ITSM experience
• Strong hands-on BMC Helix platform experience
• ITIL v4 knowledge or certification
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred
