- Provide technical guidance for operating IT systems and report any deviations from the approved architecture or integration standards.
- Contribute to developing IT infrastructure and application standards and ensure service providers comply with them.
- Regularly assess infrastructure capabilities and recommend upgrades to meet business needs.
- Support defining the IT services portfolio and identify assets required for new or updated services.
- Gather IT application requirements from stakeholders and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing RFPs and support service providers during implementation, reporting issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Deliver first- and second-level technical support, including installation, configuration, and ensuring proper IT service delivery.
- Operate and support digital applications, databases, infrastructure systems, networks, and information security.
- Monitor system usage to detect security issues and report risks to safeguard institutional data.
- Oversee server and network performance, availability, and security; repair or replace faulty equipment when needed.
- Track and manage software and hardware licenses to ensure compliance with licensing rights.
- Create user accounts and implement security measures, including managing firewalls, security tools, and responding to incidents.
