About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
IT Specialist
to support our growing real estate operations. This role requires a tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of IT systems, software, and infrastructure, as well as an appreciation for the unique technology needs of the real estate sector.
As the IT Specialist, you will manage and optimize our digital tools, ensure system security, support agents and staff with their technology needs, and help implement new solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
Key Responsibilities

System Administration:
Manage and maintain company hardware, software, and networks (including CRM systems, VoIP, cloud platforms, and MLS tools).

User Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams (agents, admin, and marketing), ensuring minimal downtime.

CRM & Real Estate Platforms:
Oversee configuration, integration, and maintenance of real estate software such as PropSpace, Property Finder, Bayut, Salesforce, or custom CRM tools.

Website & Portal Management:
Support website performance, data integrations, and listing uploads across property portals.

Cybersecurity:
Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, networks, and systems from breaches and threats.

Data Management:
Ensure proper storage, backup, and retrieval of company and client data, in compliance with relevant data protection laws.

Tech Implementation:
Research, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools that improve productivity, client engagement, and lead management.

Training & Documentation:
Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for staff on IT tools, security practices, and system usage.
Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:
3+ years of IT experience, ideally within the real estate or property management industry.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft 365, cloud services (Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure), networking, VoIP systems, and CRM management.

Problem-Solving:
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.

Time Management:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
