IT Specialist

We’re looking for an IT Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys working with a wide range of technologies—from business systems to AV equipment. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do

Keep critical business systems running smoothly, including POS, casino, and hotel management platforms

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of technology and AV equipment (teleconferencing tools, projectors, monitors, and more)

Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and in person

Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for a diverse group of end users

Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) across the organization

Track, document, and maintain hardware and AV inventory

Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems operating at peak performance

Recommend and implement upgrades to improve system efficiency

Ensure issues are fully resolved with thorough follow-up and testing
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred

3–5 years of IT experience (experience in casino, hospitality, banking, or entertainment environments is a plus)

Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset

Solid communication skills—you can explain technical issues in a clear, user-friendly way

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent preferred
-
Working knowledge of systems such as IBM AS400/System i5 is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role. You’ll regularly move equipment (up to 25 lbs, occasionally more) and work in both office and high-energy floor environments where noise levels may vary.
