We’re Hiring: IT Specialist (Zoho CRM & Lead Generation Expert)

Asyan Properties is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist with strong expertise in Zoho CRM, lead generation strategies, and website management. If you are passionate about optimizing systems, driving digital growth, and supporting business operations through technology, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to support sales and marketing activities
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to increase client acquisition
• Monitor, maintain, and update the company website to ensure performance, usability, and SEO optimization
• Integrate CRM with website and other digital platforms
• Analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system-related issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Zoho CRM (configuration, automation, reporting)
• Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and digital marketing techniques
• Experience in website management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred)
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and user experience optimization
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate industry is a MUST
• FULL KNOWLEDGE IN ZOHO CRM SYSTEM
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs, third-party tools)
• Knowledge of email marketing and campaign automation
