ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven IT professional to support and elevate our Client Delivery operations across Lower Michigan, focused on Detroit and Grand Rapids.

You will:

  • Oversee and elevate Level 1–3 Help Desk performance
  • Own hardware procurement, imaging, and deployment standards
  • Manage enterprise ticket flow with urgency and precision
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and server environments
  • Troubleshoot Windows, MacOS, and network infrastructure
  • Serve as liaison between end users, vendors, and leadership
  • Participate in infrastructure and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Support technical environments during executive events

You will not be micromanaged.
You will be expected to lead through execution.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • 3–5+ years of real-world IT experience
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience/certification
  • Strong communicator at all organizational levels
  • Ability to prioritize impact over noise

  • High integrity and professional maturity

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Windows 10 & 11
  • MacOS
  • Microsoft Server & Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 / Exchange
  • Enterprise imaging processes
  • Command-line troubleshooting
  • Enterprise ticketing systems
  • Printer and software deployment experience
